Please email [email protected] with any questions you may have regarding an ORDER YOU PLACED using VIP POINTS.  VIP Points orders do not show up in your Dashboard.  VIP Points orders take 4 - 6 weeks to process based on the volume of orders being placed at any given time.

Knights Gear Support doesn't have visibility into the VIP Points ordering system so we will not be able to give you information regarding whether your VIP Points Certificates have been received or if your order has been placed.
