What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. If you do not see the Order Confirmation - please check your junk mail.
Please note - we do not split ship and all items in your order must be complete to ship the order. We suggest you order non-personalized items separately if you are in a hurry to get your Knights Gear.
If your order reads IN PROGRESS that means we are working on shipping this out or there is one item that may be out of stock and we are waiting for it to come in to ship your order all together.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
How Long Do Personalized Items Take To Ship?
Generally - personalized items (items where you paid extra to have your Council or Assembly Name and Number Added) take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to personalize depending on the volume of orders. This will fluctuate given both the Calendar year and the Columbian year. Please note that personalized items will show "In Process" until the time that they ship and we are not able to tell you an exact date of shipment.
How Long Do Custom Council Items Take To Ship?
Knights Gear offers Custom Council Items where you have added your Council or Assembly Name and Number to a group of apparel items, hats, banners, table clothes or signs. The production time for each item varies but you can plan on generally the non- apparel items (Banners, Tablecloths, Flags) taking 2 - 3 weeks.
Custom Council Apparel items for your Council or Assembly should take approximately 3 -4 weeks to personalize depending on the volume of orders. This will fluctuate given both the Calendar year and the Columbian year. Please note that personalized items will show "In Process" until the time that they ship and we are not able to tell you an exact date of shipment.
How Long Do Custom Chalice Orders Take To Ship?
Knights Gear offers Chalice, Ciborium and other Memorial Items made in the USA. These items may include and engraving of a Knights Name or your Council or Assembly name and number. The production time for each item varies but you can plan on production generally taking 4 - 5 weeks.
How Long Do Custom Ring Orders Take To Ship?
Knights Gear offers Custom Rings made in the USA. These items are each individually hand crafted based on your size, the metal and the stone you choose. The production time for each item varies but you can plan on production generally taking 6 - 8 weeks.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship in the United-States, Canada, Guam and all US Military Bases.
For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. There is a chance that due to global supply chain issues an item may be temporarily out of stock. When this happens - your order will show IN PROGRESS. Due to the high volume of orders we are not able to notify each client of the backorder at this time.
Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United-States: East Coast 1-2 days, Central and Southern - 2 -3 days, Western 4 - 6 Days
- Canada: Eastern Provinces - 5 days, Central Provinces - 8 days, Western Provinces 10 - 12 days
Guam and Military Bases: APO, FPO and Guam shipments are handled by USPS and can take up to two weeks.
