The item I want is out of stock. Can I pre-order?

You will be able to pre-order some of the out of stock items if we know that the replenishment date is less than one month.  Please note that our orders ship when complete so if you add an Out of Stock Item to your order - the entire order will be held until the Out of Stock item is received.

How often are items restocked?

At Knights Gear we are receiving daily replenishment of all of our 850+ Items.

I want to exchange but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?

You can make a substitution for any size or color of the same item.  Please note that for sizing exchange or color preference exchange you will be responsible for paying the postage needed to complete the exchange.
