<h3 id="we-try-very-hard-to-source-items-in-the-usa"><strong>We Try Very Hard to Source Items in the USA</strong></h3><p id="isPasted">As everyone is aware, the supply chain is a global entity and so are our items on Knights Gear. &#xA0;We have a section of items that are Made in the USA. &#xA0;Many apparel items are no longer made the USA as US fabric mills and sewing factories have closed. &#xA0;We try to source all of our items to be made as close to the US as possible while still providing the high quality and value pricing that our Knights demand.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="what-are-your-items-made-from"><strong>What are your items made from?</strong></h3><p>Much of our apparel is made from Cotton or Performance Polyester but each description section will call out the Materials used<strong>.</strong></p><p><br></p><h3 id="are-your-items-recyclable"><strong>Are your items recyclable?</strong></h3><p>Some of our items are made from Recycled Materials and this is called out in the individual product description.&#xA0;</p><p><br></p><h3 id="how-are-your-items-decorated">How are your items decorated?</h3><p>We use the best decoration method possible for each item depending upon the base substrate of the material. &#xA0;We embroider, silkscreen, pad print, debs, laser engrave, direct print and sublimate as the material allows.</p><p>&#xA0;</p>

<h3 id="choosing-the-right-size"><strong>Choosing the right size</strong></h3><p>Size charts are available on all of the apparel items.&#xA0;</p><p>Please review all of the available photos to see the charts.</p><p>As a reminder - we will accept your items for exchange but you will be responsible to pay for the shipping. &#xA0;We strongly suggest you review the size charts prior to placing your order.</p><h3 id><br></h3><h3 id="what-if-im-in-between-sizes"><strong>What if I&apos;m in between sizes?</strong></h3><p>We recommend that if you are between sizes that you order the larger size to allow for modern day dryers that may have a tendency to shrink some items.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="isPasted"><strong>Do you jackets run small?</strong></h3><p>The outerwear that Knights Gear offers is generally true to size with the exception of the SOFT SHELL Vests and Jackets. &#xA0;Due to the nature of this material - the sizing tends to run a bit snug if you intent to wear a sweater or bulky shirt beneath the coat.</p><p><br></p>

Can I pre-order?</h3><p>You will be able to pre-order some of the out of stock items if we know that the replenishment date is less than one month. &#xA0;Please note that our orders ship when complete so if you add an Out of Stock Item to your order - the entire order will be held until the Out of Stock item is received.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="how-often-are-items-restocked">How often are items restocked?</h3><p>At Knights Gear we are receiving daily replenishment of all of our 850+ Items.</p><h3 id><br></h3><h3 id="i-want-to-exchange-but-the-sizecolor-is-out-of-stock-can-i-choose-a-different-sizecolor">I want to exchange but the size/color is out of stock. Can I choose a different size/color?</h3><p>You can make a substitution for any size or color of the same item. &#xA0;Please note that for sizing exchange or color preference exchange you will be responsible for paying the postage needed to complete the exchange.</p>
